Florian is a Partner at New & Improved. As a trainer he helps teams to improve their skills for creative thinking and creative problem solving in order to increase their innovation capabilities. As a skilled creative process facilitator, he supports groups in creating new products, services, strategic plans and in creatively overcoming a wide variety of organizational challenges
Florian is based in Munich, Germany and is founder of Creaffective. In addition to his native language German he is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and therefore frequently travels to Asia to facilitate innovation workshops and trainings for international teams. Some of the organizations he has worked with include: Bosch, MAN, MTU, Siemens, Volkswagen, Dairy Farm as well as various trade chambers and universities.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science, Organizational Psychology and Chinese Studies from the University of Munich as well as a Master’s Degree in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of New York. Florian is also a certified Mind Mapping trainer and author of “Mind Mapping for Dummies” for the German market.
Florian’s free time is spent hiking in the mountains of Germany and Taiwan, preparing and drinking Chinese tea and reading non–fiction books from a wide variety of fields.
