Blair Miller

Blair is a Partner at NEW & IMPROVED and President of Blair Miller & Associates. He primarily works as an organizational consultant helping businesses identify and establish productive problem solving environments and healthy teaming abilities as well as working with them to use creative and critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Some of the organizations to benefit from his training and facilitation include: Allstate; Deloitte & Touche; DuPont; Clorox; Kodak; Kraft; MDS/Nordion; NutraSweet; Sherritt; and Xerox. His programs help new and established teams maximize skills for productivity in areas such as: communication, problem solving, trust and creativity.

Blair is a faculty member of the Creative Problem Solving Institute, holds a Master’s Degree in Creativity and Innovation, has several years teaching experience, and has worked as an Outward Bound instructor.

Blair lives with his wife and three kids in Evanston, IL, just outside of Chicago. A frequent pastime is serving as a "jungle gym" for his kids, although he is an avid mountaineer and rock-climber.
