Jennie McGlaughlin

Jennie is a partner at New & Improved where she is responsible for getting out the word about N&I, tracking the monthly programs, and the unenviable task of trying to keep up with the partners as they zoom about the world. Along with web based marketing and fulfillment, she serves as a communication hub for the partners and our valued clients.

Some of the organizations that have benefitted from her marketing support and organization skills include: JUMO Process Control, Inc., Northern Safety Company, Inc., and SoftNoze, Inc. Jennie has also worked as an outdoor education/artist instructor for a number of community schools, churches and non-profit organizations including: Jamestown Community College, the Boy and Girl Scouts of America, and the YMCA.

Her background includes a bachelor's degree in Fine Art (Drawing/Printmaking/Mixed-Media) with a concentration in Outdoor Education. In her 15-plus years in the art and marketing field, she has expanded on her education many times; earning certificates in Computer Graphic Design and other computer based programs. In addition to her role at N&I, she is the owner and the fine/graphic artist for a creative virtual assistant company that she is developing.

Jennie lives in Northern New York with her teen-aged son. She enjoys a variety of cultural activities and community events. Her pursuit for a more holistic lifestyle finds her enjoying many walks in the country with her two Lhasa Apsos, "Wilson" and "Chad-Berry". Traveling to visit her family and friends is a favorite for her; along with the many weekend "Day-Trip Adventures" she indulges in regularly.
