Chris is a Partner at New & Improved where he focuses primarily on organizational and leadership development. He customizes approaches to development for individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. As an executive coach, Chris helps his clients identify issues and strategies to optimize their performance in immediate situations and over the long term. Chris helps teams come together, solve problems, and position themselves for future success, and on an organizational level, he consults with leaders on how to create an organizational structure designed to produce the results and behaviors they desire. 

Some of the clients to benefit from Chris’ work include: Ernst & Young, New York University Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Biogen Idec, MDS/Nordion, Bristol–Meyers Squibb, and many others. Additionally, he has been an adjunct professor of business communication for the Stern School of Business at New York University and a guest lecturer at Northwestern University.

Chris is qualified to administer and debrief FourSight, the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (a measure of psychological type), KEYS (an organizational assessment tool), DiSC (behavioral style profile), as well as the Center for Creative Leadership suite of assessment tools including both multi–rater and 360–degree assessments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Seattle University, a Master’s Degree in Creativity and Innovation from SUNY College at Buffalo, and a certificate in Organizational Behavior Principles and Practices from Columbia University.

Chris lives in Seattle with his wife and two children. When he is not working or playing with his boys, he is either hanging out with friends, or taking in a baseball game wherever he can.
