Dave Cromie

Dave is the Managing Partner at NEW & IMPROVED where he works in the east-coast office overseeing daily operations with a questioning attitude and a desire to make things more productive and user-friendly.

Prior to being lassoed by NEW & IMPROVED, Dave owned a controls engineering company in Texas. He sold his business to re-locate to the Adirondacks where he grew up. His company supported such companies as General Motors, Kimberly-Clark, Best Fender Products, and many others. Prior to that he worked for LTV Aerospace & Defense designing controls for machinery for “in-house” use. In addition, he worked for a family-owned machinery manufacturer that pioneered the first multi-axis water-cutting machine.

In his spare time, Dave can be found working on his formula Ford, or participating at a Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) event, walking or snowshoeing in the woods with his American Eskimo dog, or watching too much racing and hockey on TV.
