Dave Cromie

Dave is the Managing Partner at New & Improved where he works in the east–coast office overseeing daily operations with a questioning attitude and a desire to make things more productive and user–friendly.
Prior to being lassoed by New & Improved, Dave owned a controls engineering company in Texas. He sold his business to re–locate to the Adirondacks where he grew up. His company supported such companies as General Motors, Kimberly–Clark, Best Fender Products, and many others. Prior to that he worked for LTV Aerospace & Defense designing controls for machinery for “in–house” use. In addition, he worked for a family–owned machinery manufacturer that pioneered the first multi–axis water–cutting machine.
In his spare time, Dave can be found working on his Formula Ford, or participating at a Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) event, walking or snowshoeing in the woods with his American Eskimo dog, Kasper, or watching too much racing and hockey on TV.
