Sean Brady
Sean is a Partner at NEW & IMPROVED and owner of PRISM Decision Systems where he helps groups accelerate and improve decision-making with dynamic processes and elegant decision technology. Sean is an expert at meeting face-to-face or via the internet to facilitate idea generation, strategic planning, needs assessment and decision-making with CoNexus® and the Concept System® technologies. Sean’s outstanding facilitation skills and electronic wizardry help teams generate, sort and rate ideas from their desktops at their convenience.
Some organizations to benefit from Sean’s work include the Times-Mirror Corporation, Science Applications International Corp., Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bell Labs), The National Institute for Health, Mercy Health System, United Health Services, Inc., the Greater Boston Visitor and Convention Bureau, The Washington DC Area Metro Transit Authority, New York State Electric & Gas, The New York State Department of Education, and about a dozen other educational institutions.
Previously, Sean was manager of strategic planning at New York State Electric & Gas Corporation and before that was a teacher for twelve years. Sean is an Associate Partner of Leadership 2000, Inc., and a leader at the annual Creative Problem Solving Institute. He was a presenter at the fourth annual International Creativity Conference in Pretoria, South Africa, and at the Fifteenth Annual International Conference on the Positive Power of Humor and Creativity.
Sean lives in upstate New York with his wife Pat, and when not working, they are blessed by free-for-life creative problem solving training daily administered by their college-age triplets, Eamonn, Maura and Kristin, and their younger son, Myles.
